Design that survivescontact with users.

Design is the phase where a product is still cheap to change. Moving a button on a wireframe costs minutes; moving it after it is built costs a sprint. We start rough on purpose, agree the structure while changes are free, and only then make it look like your product.

Who this is for

Founders with a validated idea that needs designing before it is built, teams whose product works but loses users somewhere they cannot see, and companies whose interface has drifted through years of additions.

What you get

Real screens in Figma you can tap through like an app, plus the design system they are built from, so the interface stays coherent as the product grows.

Wireframes first, always

Rough screens exist so the argument happens early. Structure, hierarchy and flow get settled while a change costs minutes rather than days. Only once that is agreed do we apply your colours, your brand and real content.

Skipping this step is how projects end up redesigning in week five, which is the expensive week to do it.

How it runs

Design typically takes one to two weeks for an MVP's core flow, and runs in parallel with backend foundations rather than blocking them.

You review twice: once on wireframes, when structure is still cheap to change, and once on the final UI. What we need from you is feedback within 48 hours per round, and one voice consolidating opinions if there are several stakeholders. That is the single biggest variable in whether a timeline holds.

Frequently asked questions

What do I get at the end?

A Figma file with the final screens and the design system behind them, a clickable prototype you can walk investors or users through, and assets exported ready for developers, whether that is us or your own team.

Can you work with our existing brand?

Yes. If you already have colours, a logo and type, we design inside them. If you have fragments, we tighten them into something usable without charging you for a full rebrand.

Do you design without building?

Yes. Plenty of clients take the Figma file to their own developers. Everything is handed over in a state another team can build from.

How many revision rounds are included?

Two structured rounds, one on wireframes and one on final UI, which is what fits an MVP timeline. Larger projects get more, and we agree the number in the proposal rather than leaving it open-ended.
